Dr. Huang completed his MD degree at Sun Yat-Sen University of Medicine in China. After medical school, Dr. Huang completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Wayne State University and Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan. He received a doctoral degree in immune-toxicology from Oregon State University.

During his free time, he enjoys playing badminton and ping-pong, as well as being active outdoors and spending time with his family. He is a big fan of the Dallas Mavericks.
